1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
1.3. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account. The parent or guardian is responsible for the child's activities on the platform.
2. Payments and Refund Policy
2.1. All course fees are listed on our website and are subject to change.
2.2. Payments for sessions must be made in full before classes begin. We accept payment via the methods specified on our website.

Our class plans are offered on a monthly subscription basis, with fees charged on a recurring monthly cycle.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before the next billing date. You are responsible for any fees incurred before cancellation.
2.4. Cancellation and Refunds:

You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

After the initial 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable.
3. Class and Content Usage
3.1. Hifz Academy Online grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the online classes and course materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
3.2. You agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or share any class sessions or course content without our express written permission.
3.3. You agree to treat your tutors and fellow students with respect. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All content, including course materials, website design, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Hifz Academy Online and its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of this content without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
5.1. The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hifz Academy Online makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services.
5.2. In no event shall Hifz Academy Online be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
